This section contains an area called “How to Be a Better Catholic” which gives guidelines to help increase your faith, prayer life, charity and love as well as an area containing basic and advanced apologetics to help you learn and explain your faith.  Apologetics doesn’t mean to “apologize” in the modern sense. It means ‘to explain’.

Apologetics: Late Middle English (as a noun denoting a formal defense or justification): from French apologétique or late Latin apologeticus, from Greek apologētikos, from apologeisthei ‘speak in one’s own defense,’ from apologia.
