The First Saturdays Devotion, also known as the “Communion of Reparation,” is a Catholic devotion requested by Our Lady of Fatima, involving going to confession, receiving Holy Communion, praying the Rosary, and meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary on five consecutive First Saturdays of the month to make reparation for offenses against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
